1) Earned Income (work for money);
2) Passive Income (derived from real estate investments);
3) Portfolio Income (derived from paper assets such as stocks, bonds, & mutual funds).

Work to learn, in addition to work for money.

If I have to work there, it’s not a business. It becomes my job.

Income-producing assets. Anything that has value, produces income or appreciates & has a ready market.
